The first step is to remove the water and filters. Look at the bottom of the sump on the left you will see an L-shaped cover secured by a single screw. Remove the screw and lift up on the cover. Look to see if you have something stuck in the propelled. Do’s the propeller move freely? If not you will need to replace the drain pump. Start by removing the front panel, number 5 torques bit will be needed. Next, you will need to remove the bottom kick plate and insulation. Now you should have a good visual on the drain pump location. You will need to remove the drain hose, pull back gently and move it out of the way. Grab the drain pump, depress the keeper and rotate counterclockwise. Install the new drain pump at this time making sure the seal is snug and complete. After the install is complete you may need to vacuum out any water that has filled the bottom tub. If the water is left in the bottom tub the pressure switch may be triggered and all the machine will do is a continual drain cycle.
An additional thing to check for would be a kinked drain hose or plugged sink drain. Did you recently install
